I'm deeply passionate about this work and the way it supports real, lasting shifts in health and well-being. Mirror work is my heart right now—its depth is still revealing itself. It’s changed my reality, restored my joy, and helped me move through emotions I once avoided. It’s even played a role in healing my chronic fatigue.
What I love most is sitting with clients as they remember who they are, reconnect with their truth, and reclaim the power that’s always been within them.
